Introducing our esteemed founder, Ms. Nicole Dortch, a true connoisseur of style and luxury. With a background in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC (FITNYC), a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, and a Master's Degree in Public Administration, she possesses a unique blend of creativity and business acumen. With over two decades of experience collaborating with renowned designers at prestigious events such as New York Fashion Week (NYFW), Lingerie FW, and Couture FW, she brings unparalleled expertise and refined taste to our designer and luxury lingerie store.

OUR STORY
Est. 2020We are a small, woman-owned business located in Downtown Norfolk (Virginia). We source products from well-known brands in the intimate apparel industry for exclusive styles and sizes above the norm. Our selection of styles are based on 100% customer feedback and expert knowledge in fabric, fit and construction. We ensure brands are diverse and inclusive.
Our name Petit à Petit is French for little by little, but we carry sizes 30-46 for cups A to K. Creative Director and Founder, Ms. Nicole Dortch - Washington, DC native, adopted the name Petit à Petit for the intimate size of the storefront. However, it was her trip to Paris in 2018, she decided to make her lifelong dream in fashion come true in the Hampton Roads area.
Nicole stated "Norfolk needs that French art, food and culture" as a reason for starting the business. With 20+ years of experience in fashion, finance, retail and business, Nicole returned to her college hometown to find the perfect space to create a luxurious fashion brand. Her studies in New York and DC prepared her for today.
By creating an intimate space - judgment free zone, this store is a place where your voice is heard and your needs are understood. We strive to create a personable and unique experience for all.
Today, we continue to expand and grow the business to the next level, and celebrate the continued success Ms. Dortch has delivered and the empowerment she impresses upon all that speak with her.
