Once you have received the RA number, it must be clearly written on the outside of the box and on the return shipping documents. Please ensure that the package is shipped within three (3) days of receiving the RA number.

- Please note that in-store returns cannot be accepted for lingerie, hosiery, panties, underwear, or any other worn/used items due to hygiene reasons.
- To qualify for an exchange, all items must be returned with their original tags intact and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure that you have the original receipt and proof of purchase sticker with you when returning the item.
- Residents of Hampton Roads, including Norfolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Suffolk, Hampton, and Williamsburg, have the option to return online purchases directly to the store.
- For customers who have chosen the "Buy online and pick up" option, the in-store return policy applies.
